I would highly recommend AmyWorks to anyone needing home improvements. Amy was here in Colorado visiting family and staying at my home. We asked for a little help on installing a new light fixture and assisting with some plumbing issues. Not only did they install the fixture, they painted around it to match the wall. First thing to understand is that everyone and their brother/sister are doing remodels so that materials are not only harder to come by, prices of raw materials has risen, according to some, 40% in the last 6 months.I can honestly say that, despite what I have written above, the process of our remodel has gone extremely smoothly, competently and well. AmyWorks was awesome from start to finish. Responsive, transparent, professional, and reasonable. And our house is BEAUTIFUL. We went with them for a fairly large project (building a front porch and residing the house) and so glad we did. We initially hired contractors our architect recommended, but their fixed price contract came back 20K (!!!) over their estimated price range. AmyWork's price guestimate was totally on point, just from looking at a set of initial drawings from our architect.
