Earlier this year, we moved out of state and needed an on-call handyman in case of maintenance issues. I contacted AmyWorks and they have agreed to come to the rescue if anything came up. A few months later, our tenant called about a smoke detector issue. We talked to AmyWorks, ordered/shipped the part to their office, and they contacted our tenant and scheduled the repairs. Again, everything was done very timely and professionally. Their staff is always so friendly and courteous. Our tenants were also very happy with the repair and service. We also had the option to pay the bill online. Very convenient.
A few days ago, our tenant notified us about the garbage disposal not working. We were a bit nervous as this could be an expensive problem. We contacted AmyWorks to have them inspect the problem and let us know of the repair cost. Within what seemed to be 15 minutes, Amy emailed me back and said the problem was fixed–they called our tenants, inquired about the problem, and told them to reset the garbage disposal. Problem solved and NO CHARGE! I was incredibly impressed with Amy’s customer service philosophy and integrity. My tenants were amazed at how quick my handyman responded to their problem.
